Blue Dot: Blue Team Starting Location

Red Dot: Red Team Starting Location.

Green Dot: Miasma

Teal/Cyan Dot: Southern bridge across the stream.

Orange Dot: Northern bridge overlooking the stream.

General Layout

This map is shaped like a circle, and has a stream running through it. There is a bridge(orange dot) to the northern end of the map, which overlooks the area where both teams fight, and a bridge(teal/cyan dot) at the the southern end of the map which crosses the stream at an impassable part of it. There are two paths to the northern bridge, each are directly to the south as you exit your respective starting location, and both require you to pass through miasma to get to the bridge.

Terrain Quality

Somewhat hilly, but smooth terrain. There are several areas on this map which can cause obstructions, but they are rarely ever used because they require poor positioning.

Hazards

Miasma

Miasma(green dot) acts much like Disease, as it spreads between creatures of the same type. It causes 5 pips of health degeneration (one pip is 2 health lost per second; the amount of pips of degeneration caps at 10), and is irremovable except by it expiring. Miasma can be inflicted two ways, the first is by running through one of the purple clouds/patches of Miasma, and the second is being in adjacent range to someone who has Miasma on them. Miasma lasts for 15 seconds, and whenever you infect someone with an instance of Miasma, that person, and anyone they infect with that instance of Miasma can not re-infect you (when you infect someone they suffer the full 15 second duration as well - not your remaining duration). People with Miasma on them look like they are suffering from Disease.

If you would like a visual for what the patches of miasma look like, please check out the below link.

Strategy

On this map, the only strategy that is actually worth it most of the time is to exit your base, and go straight for the other team. This is because all of the other options are poor since you'd have to cross through Miasma, and since there is no significant advantage to any of those other options. If you are running a camp-type build that requires a lot of setup time, it's best to start setting up in your starting location, and engage the other team there, or just outside of your base. Otherwise, it's best to just go for the other team.

If both teams aren't running a build that requires setup time, battles usually take place with the stream as a middle ground. This is only really notable because there are two small rocks that are impassable, which casters can position themselves around, to make it harder for opposing melee to get to you. They usually only come into play once one team starts retreating though, or if one team has decided to fight just outside of their base, but hasn't gone directly for the other team.

There are times when you do want to spread Miasma. If you're already at max degen(6 or more degen for that matter), spreading Miasma to the other team(assuming they're not at 6 or more degen) is actually a good trade if you don't end up being out of position because you're doing it. It's also a good idea if the other team is running a highly defensive build, and as such have no pressure, as it'll help crack them easier. The final reason you may want to go into Miasma is if you have multiple melee targets training you, since even though you'll be effected by Miasma, it'll be a more than even trade.

You can create obstructions on this map in all of the obvious places; behind a wall. Due to the nature of this map, though, it's usually not advisable because it would require you to be in a poor position.

It should be noted that the southern portion of the map does actually come in to play in some matches, although it is extremely rare. The reason this happens is when one team needs to retreat, and needs to keep retreating for a long period of time.
